According to the story, this brand new guitar was sent for repair. Seems some one in the shop broke the body area next to were the neck  meets the top.  Before the repair was complete, the guitar shop faded from existence and this was bought with the repair incomplete from the repair shop.  She is missing her pickup rings. Sunburst flame top with Washburn 621 and 623 pickups.  Sperzal tuners and a Wilkensen tremolo.  24 fret rosewood fret board with off set dot markers.  Turn up the tone knob she’s a twanger, turn it down a little she’s a rocker, roll it back farther and she’s a head banger. At this time, we are still trying to locate the original case and literature.
